1. Agreement to these terms

This website is owned and operated by Oklahoma Senior Placement, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an Oklahoma limited liability company. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Ownership of this site and its contents

This site and its contents are our property and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes the written content, guides, and resources; our branding, logos, and the Oklahoma Senior Placement and CareFinderMap names; photographs, graphics, page layouts, and design; and the software and underlying structure of the site.

Our companion service at CareFinderMap is covered by its own Terms of Use, including the community directory, ratings, and compilation published there.

3. What you may do

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of learning about senior care options for yourself or a family member, or — for health care professionals — to assist an individual patient or client. You may print or save individual pages for that purpose.

4. Prohibited uses

Except as expressly permitted above, you may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy or reproduce any portion of this site or its content, in whole or in part, in any medium;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or data-mine the site, or use any robot, spider, bot, script, scraper, headless browser, or other automated means to access, copy, index, or collect content from it;
• Republish, distribute, sell, license, or transfer any portion of the site or its content to a third party;
• Create derivative works from, or build a competing service, directory, or database using, any portion of the site or its content;
• Frame, mirror, or embed the site within another site, or present our content as your own;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, rate-limiting, or access-control feature, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Use the site, or any contact information obtained from it, to send unsolicited commercial messages; or
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Automated access is prohibited whether or not it is technically blocked, and whether or not it complies with our robots.txt file. We reserve the right to block any user, device, or network that violates this section.

5. Our service and how we are paid

Our placement guidance is provided at no cost to families. We are paid a referral fee by a senior living community when a family we introduce chooses to move in — never by the family. We do not guarantee placement, pricing, or availability at any community.

6. No warranty; not professional advice

This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, or tax advice, and using this site does not create a professional relationship. Always consult the appropriate professional, and verify a community’s current information and state inspection record directly before making a placement decision.

7. Communities and third-party links

Senior living communities are independent businesses that we do not own, operate, or control. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or care provided by any community, or for the content of any third-party site we link to.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use this site.

9. Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorized copying and automated collection. Violations may result in termination of access and in legal action, including claims for copyright infringement and breach of contract, together with injunctive relief.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

11. Text message (SMS) terms

The program. Oklahoma Senior Placement sends text messages to families who have asked for help finding senior living care and who have expressly agreed to receive them. Messages relate only to your search: answering your questions, sharing communities with current openings, coordinating tours, and following up. We do not send promotional blasts, and we do not text people who have not asked us to.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the optional text-message box on a form on this site or on CareFinderMap, by texting us first, or by telling us directly by phone or in person that we may text you. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of submitting a form or of receiving our help.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your search — typically a handful of messages while you are actively looking. Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier.

How to stop, and how to get help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; we will send one confirmation and then stop. Reply START to rejoin, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (405) 655-5309 or email paul@oklahomaseniorplacement.com and we will remove you.

Delivery.Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
