Oklahoma Senior Placement started with one family’s search for care. Paul spent twenty years in commercial real estate before his mom needed help. He walked beside her through her final years, learned the system the hard way, and lost her. That search is why this company exists.

Going back to selling buildings didn’t feel right after that. Helping families through the same search did.

Staci had already spent more than a decade doing the work itself — in-home care and companionship, daily routines, the patient hours that don’t show up in a brochure. Between the two of us we’ve seen this from both sides: the family trying to find care, and the person providing it.

So that’s what we do. We sit down with you, put a clear set of steps in place, and take on the research and the phone calls so your energy can go where it belongs: to your loved one. The Care Finder map grew out of the same idea. Every licensed community in the state, in one place, with honest information.

Finding care costs your family nothing. A community pays us a referral fee only if you choose to move in, so the guidance comes at no cost to your family, and with no obligation.

We can also sell the house and coordinate the downsizing, for families who need that part solved too. Those are separate services with their own costs, and we’ll say so plainly whenever one comes up. Hiring us for one has never been a condition of the other.
